Ingredient Information:

The recipe and ingredients that come in the Sweetheart Cupcakes Kit are all gluten free, vegan, and also free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish and artificial dyes.

  • Cupcake mix: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), cocoa powder (100% cacao), organic sugar, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda and kosher salt
  • Frosting sugar: organic cane sugar, tapioca starch
  • Dark chocolate wafers: Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa Powder, Sunflower Lecithin (an Emulsifier), and Salt.
  • Plant based pink food coloring: beet root color, vegetable gum
