The recipe, mixes, and decorating supplies that will come in your unicorn donuts kit are all gluten free, vegan, dairy free, peanut free, egg free, soy free and tree nut free.
Ingredient Information:
- Donut mix: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), organic sugar, arrowroot starch, aluminum free baking powder (Monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-GMO corn starch), baking soda, and kosher salt
- Icing sugar: organic cane sugar, organic tapioca starch
- Pink, green and purple plant based food coloring: beet color, vegetable gum, blue spirulina extract, crystal purple grape, turmeric color, and organic tapioca maltodextrin
- Gold plant-based food paint: annatto seed color, mica based pearlescent pigment
