Star bakers will get to bake the most delicious, soft and chewy chocolate cookies. Think soft brownie meets cookie. Once they’re cool, they’ll get to add their favorite ice cream at home and top them with our plant-based rainbow sprinkles and chocolate chips. Yummm!!!
The Ice Cream Sandwich kit makes 6 giant ice cream sandwiches (12 cookies) or 10 standard sized ice cream sandwiches (20 cookies) and includes:
- Chocolate cookie mix
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Chocolate chips
- Ice cream scoop
- Homemade ice cream recipe
- Ice cream sandwich recipe instructions and detailed ingredients cards
You will need to add your own ice cream at home.

Ingredient Information:
The recipe, mixes, and decorating supplies that come in the Ice Cream Sandwich kit are all gluten free, and free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish and artificial dyes.
- Chocolate cookie mix: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, mono calcium phosphate), and kosher salt.
- Plant-based rainbow sprinkles: cane sugar, palm kernel and palm oil, corn starch, vegetable juice, sunflower lecithin, annatto extract, spirulina extract, turmeric, beta-carotene, paprika oleoresin, maltodextrin, carnauba wax, cellulose gum.
- Chocolate chips: cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter.
