The mixes and decorating supplies that come in your Letters to Santa baking kit are all gluten-free, vegan, and free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, artificial dyes, and sesame.
- SUGAR COOKIES MIX: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), organic sugar, aluminum-free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-GMO corn starch), kosher salt.
- ICING SUGAR: organic cane sugar, tapioca starch.
- RED SANDING SUGAR: sugar, radish (color), carnauba wax.
- CRUSHED PEPPERMINT: cane sugar, corn syrup, vegetable juice (for color) & natural peppermint oil.
