Ingredient Information:
The mixes and decorating supplies that come in your Hanukkah Cookie Kit are all gluten free, vegan, and free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, artificial dyes and sesame. The sanding sugar, gelt and icing sugar are kosher certified. The sugar cookie mix is made with kosher certified ingredients, but does not have a kosher certification.
- SUGAR COOKIES MIX: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), organic sugar, aluminum free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-GMO corn starch), kosher salt.
- ICING SUGAR: organic cane sugar, tapioca starch.
- BLUE FOOD COLORING: sugar, spirulina (color), carnauba wax.
- CHOCOLATE GELT: Organic cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate & cocoa butter.
