Ingredient Information:
The recipe, mixes, and decorating supplies that come in the Gingerbread Cookies kit are all gluten-free, vegan and also free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, and artificial dyes.
- GINGERBREAD MIX: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), Wholesome fair trade organic light brown cane sugar, Wholesome fair trade organic cane sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, baking soda, and kosher salt.
- ICING MIX: organic sugar, organic cornstarch.
***Note to Customers with Corn Sensitivities: The gingerbread mix and icing mix can be made without corn starch. Please request that your baking kit be made without corn in the order notes on the checkout page.
