Ingredient Information:
The recipe and ingredients that come in the Chocolate Easter Egg Kit are all gluten free, and also free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish and artificial dyes. The chocolates and sanding sugar are also vegan, and the jelly beans are vegetarian (vegan option for jelly beans is available, request in order notes).
- Dark Chocolate Wafers: Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa Powder, Sunflower Lecithin (an Emulsifier), and Salt.
- White Chocolate Chips: Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Sunflower Lecithin, Salt.
- Spring Sanding Sugar Mix: Sugar, Beet, Annatto, Spirulina, Curcumin (Color), Carnauba Wax.
- Organic Jelly Beans: Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Tapioca Syrup, Organic Grape Juice Concentrate, Pectin, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Colors Added (Organic Black Carrot Juice Concentrate, Organic Turmeric, Organic Annatto), Natural Flavors, Confectioner’s Glaze, Carnauba Wax, Organic Sunflower Oil.
You will need to add vegetable oil at home.
